I find Elle Macpherson to be one of the smartest women ever, listening to her is great, and her style is casual, chic, comfortable and feminine. Just one of the looks I adore that makes me think of spring again, love spring and summer, because I love sandals. And sandals, blazer and jeans are always a great fit for me. Thanks Elle!!

I want to be like Iris Apfel when I grow up!! And thanks Tavi Gevinson for keeping the great work going!
There is rejection to deal with in fashion, art in general, in being who you want to be, in telling people what ideas you have…
But how do you deal with it?? To know how I work on personal development in my business,
People need to stand out some how, no matter if it’s because of the mindset, or the look. ” IT doesn’t matter actually what you look like, it’s about creating such a strong image they never forget about you again!” Veruschka.
Kate Moss did stand out, was she considered real modeling material? No!! Was Jonny Depp really what most people where looking for casting actors? No!
Was Veruschka a perfect beauty in the 60s with her big feet, her very long and skinny legs and her bones? No!
Where they special, and are they still HERE as style icons? YES
Thanks for Vogue for Kate’s photo.
If you feel different, weird, and have such a personal style and mindset many people talk about you like you’re strange, excentric or a little weird, you’re on the right path to success and happiness!!
I saw this Kate Moss look years ago. The boots, the blazer and that kind of tie-scarf thing arround her neck. I used to wear them like this myself! I loved it, when I saw Kate doing the same. And the hat, I love hats, since I’m a kid, and there is nothing more sexy and elegant to me, than a chic casual girl wearing a classic hat. Thanks Kate, love it.

Why do I love the skirts of the 70s so much?? I love so many different kinds and designs when it comes to skirts. And wear them all, mini, midi, maxy, pencil, A shape like skirts, or the ones like in this picture. I always remember Romy Schneider wearing skirts, and a great belt is just wonderful! I’m happy they are IN again, I love the one I have, in denim from Stradivarius. Thanks for the photo: Bess Georgette
Looking for an Iconic woman, I came across Marisa Berenson. I have to say, I love that color since I’m a child, my mother used to wear it a lot and buy me violet and purple clothes all the time. It’s wonderful!! And no, I understand why she was one of the best paid models in her time. Thanks for this picture http://arabia.style.com/
Well, surfing a bit, I found Francoise Hardy, and I have to say for me she is one of the queens of “polite chic” that I adore. Never too much, very sensual but with such natural elegance she looks wonderful (of course still looks wonderful) even in jeans and a simple T-shirt. It’s actually that natural and casual attitude what I love about women…and Francoise Hardy has it all!!
Got the pictures from ZZ gonna use, Fashion Icons… wonderful blog on TUMBLR!
